Shipping Policy for Nippon Threads

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Note: High volume periods or postal service disruptions may cause delays.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping for orders over $75.

Order Tracking:

  • Receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:

  • UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. USPS will be used for P.O. Box addresses.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

  • Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Full refund minus return shipping costs.
  • For damaged orders, email nipponthreads59@gmail.com with order number and photo of damage.
